Terms of Service

Poopy Duck is made for children to enjoy under a parent or guardian's care. Account creation, purchases, settings, and external links sit behind an adult-only parental gate, so a grown-up must set up and manage anything beyond simply watching and playing. By creating an account you confirm you are an adult acting on behalf of your family.

The website — including the browser games and links to our songs — is free to use and needs no account. We offer it as-is and may add, change, or remove songs, games, and features over time. We ask that you use it for personal, non-commercial family enjoyment.

The optional Poopy Duck app — offline songs and games, progress tracking, screen-time controls, and kid profiles — is a flat subscription of $20 per year for the whole family. Purchases are made through an adult and, on mobile, are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their billing and refund terms. You can cancel anytime; your access continues until the end of the paid period.

The app is in development and isn't available for purchase yet — the terms above describe the plan for when it launches.

Please don't:

• Copy, resell, or redistribute our songs, games, characters, or artwork.
• Try to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use the service in any way that is unlawful or that harms other people.

We may suspend access that violates these terms in order to protect kids and the service.

The Poopy Duck name, characters, songs, games, and artwork are ours and are protected by copyright and trademark. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to enjoy them within the app and website for your family's use. Anything a child creates inside the app (like a recorded song in a creative game) belongs to your family.

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: no ads, no third-party trackers, anonymous by default, and the only personal details we collect from a child are a first name and birth month/year — beyond that, only the app activity needed to run the app (progress, favorites, stars, watch history).

Poopy Duck is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties, and we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages to the extent the law allows. We may update these terms as the app grows; when we do, we'll change the date above, and continued use means you accept the update.
